The track does not have an output assigned:
Click the output button and assign to Stereo Out.
Audio files not copied into the project file.
When saving, check “Audio files” in Copy the following files into your project:
This can be turned on by default under Project Settings > Assets > Copy audio files into project.
Since this is a Project setting, it needs to be enabled in all new projects, or once in your startup template:
